Engagement Party

On Saturday, my parents threw us an engagement party. As soon as we got engaged (before we got engaged!), we knew who we'd want in our wedding party. Instead of just calling everyone and asking them to be in the wedding, we (I) wanted to make it more personal. So, we decided we'd get all of our closest friends (who are currently in this country, haha) together & ask them then.

I made bridesmaid boxes & Sebastian got cards that were so good, he didn't even sign them. ;) With the help of some friends, my superhero mom pulled off the best party we could have asked for!

Unfortunately, it got dark right as things were getting good, but I'm so thankful for our friend, Diana, who captured all of these great pictures! & don't worry - it's not the last you'll see of these fun people. ;)
